Ceramic
Ceramic is a durable, easy to care flooring. A good tile adherence will provide quality flooring for years. The life and durability of the ceramic surface depends on how it is used and cared for.
-
Wash the surface with hot water to remove minor stains. Add a ceramic detergent, if needed. Do not leave a cleaning solution on the floor longer than necessary. A moderately abrasive cleaning powder can be used on non-glazed tiles only. Do not use any powder on glazed tiles.
-
Rinse thoroughly then sponge up excess water with a cloth or damp mop to dry out.
-
Dust and sand may increase the abrasion caused by trampling. Keep the floor as clean as possible and place a mat at the entrance to keep dirt and dust out of the room.
-
Only use cleaning products intended for ceramic. Strong acid detergents may damage the tile finish or grout.
